  Als Master Physician Assistant in opleiding (PAio) bij de Hogeschool Nijmegen (i.s.m. het Radboud UMC) word ik opgeleid zelfstandig patiënten te onderzoeken, diagnoses te stellen, te behandelen en begeleiden binnen de huisartsenpraktijk. Ik leer eenvoudige basiszorg tot medisch specialistische zorg te verrichten, inclusief het uitvoeren van een aantal voorbehouden medische handelingen en het indiceren en voorschrijven van medicatie. Naast het leveren van medische zorg, is het mijn intentie de kwaliteit en effectiviteit van zorg te verhogen. Ook het initiëren, uitvoeren en publiceren van medisch wetenschappelijk onderzoek, medische richtlijnontwikkeling en innovatie in de zorg behoort tot mijn taken. Show less
