In my role as Project Portfolio Manager, I was responsible for two project portfolios of approx. 30 IT projects, including other classic PMO tasks, such as portfolio reporting to management and board, maintenance and operation of project management systems, processes and methods, and project support for project managers. Next, I am responsible for coordinating agile education for the entire SDC. Furthermore, I have helped to run and prepare new steering committee templates as well as train project managers and project owners in 'how to use'. In addition to my role as Project Portfolio Manager, I have also had/have the following roles: - Agile Coach: On loan half-time to another department in SDC, where I will help reorganize a department into three agile teams in the role of agile coach - and then coach and facilitate teams and roles in the first 3-5 sprints.- IT Project Manager: I was project manager on a conversion project with a customer who left SDC. My responsibilities were e.g., preparation of project plans, continuous updating of finances, resources and scope, and facilitation of steering group meetings.- Scrum Master: Scrum Master for an agile pilot project where I facilitated Scrum meetings as well as coached and supported the team in Scrum.
