Conducted site surveys and provided technical support to business development team. Followed up with various project status on the sites as per the schedule. Following up with manufacturers such as AMANO, FLS Portier R&D for server upgrade and site developments. Installed and tested the ingenico credit card terminals by loading the different dll version and sharing the test data to bank and AMANO for further developments. Prepared & monitor reports for all planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) Schedule site visit for the existing sites and analyze the equipment status for any faults to avoid any breakdowns in near future.
