As a JIRA & Confluence Consultant, I'm part of a major transformation project for TD Insurance (involving 400+ people for 5 years). In this demanding position, my role is to assist the Executives (Program Director, AVPs, VPs...) and Scrum Masters in their daily use of JIRA and Confluence as a support for all customization. I'm also in charge of the publication of global reports to the Executive Board based on JIRA data and Scrum of Scrum meetings attendance. As a CPV Engineer I'm in charge of reading and extracting card's data, analyzing this data and the card behaviour (dynamic tests) and providing a conformity report to issuers.
