  Shaped and mentored an action oriented, non-traditional joint-service educational institution with strategic vision and long-term goal setting. Influential in shaping service-wide policy and setting tactics, techniques, and procedures for battlefield operations. Led a diverse and talented team of 120 military, civilian and contract personnel to provide training and skills to nearly 3000 special operations forces from all branches of the Armed Forces by managing 15 geographically separated courses (Combat Control, Pararescue, Special Operations Weather, Tactical Air Control Party, Combat Aviation Advisor, Security Forces, Medical providers, Nonstandard Aviation aircrews, Joint Terminal Attack Controller-JTAC, and Combat Athlete disciplines) with a $5 million budget.

  Directly responsible for organizing, training, and developing Europe's only US Air Force Battlefield Airman (Combat Control, Pararescue, Special Operations Weather) combat force. Mission commander during the evacuation from Lebanon--the largest American evacuation mission since Berlin.
