I Manage the organization's $25M annual budget and lead a team of 10 employees, and Head TEVET's IT and computing systems. I also lead TEVET's HR and IT interests within the global JDC organization. I Headed TEVET's flagship innovation project of developing one of Israel's first social impact ROI measurement tools, by developing an elaborate financial model, which has now gained government support and will be implemented as a social impact measurement best practice nationwide I Led the establishment of a new nationwide not-for-profit entity initiative for employment of Arab minorities in Israel, grew it to exceed performance expectations: being fully operational and managing a $15M annual budget within the first year. I headed key reorganization initiative by merging TEVET's separate finance departments into a centralized finance department, saving the organization meaningful resources. I also developed and assimilated new working standards and procedures for reporting to the Government by introducing a new computerized financial systems. Show less
