I feel privileged to had a chance to work with Micke when he was just starting his career in hospitality industry. I have seen many newcomers coming to the industry, but I have never met anyone with such an attitude with full of energy, ideas and exceptional drive for developing himself. I saw that just in couple of years he matured professionally more than most of us in a decade. Micke's adaptability, positivity and team spirit are a wonderful example of exactly what is required in the hospitality industry. It was an absolute pleasure to have Micke as part of our team and we greatly appreciated his flexibility and positive attitude towards work.
