  Le Singe is a french based Product Design Bureau that help brands and startup designing products and services of the future through design thinking and agiles methods. Since seven years now, we support our customers to redesign or evolve their customer experience especially on digital aspects but not only. As CEO of Le Singe, I also help my clients building teams, governance, processes and tools on huge digital transformation.   Since two years and a half, I'am now in charge of the whole digital production department of TBWA Paris / DAN. Managing a team of 15 digital producer, my day are articulated between support to my team in methodology application (especially agile), building offer on service design, implementing a test and learn approach (design thinking, prototyping) and of course ensure the project goes well on all aspects such as timings, quality and costs. I'm also in charge of organizing pitches and RFP to make the most of each member of the team and do many client presentations as well.
