Duties included making a frame from frame drawing , card / foam patterns , creating and inputting fabric patterns using the Bulmer Assyst system to make fabric markers to be production cut, creating sewing instructions, BOMS for the buyer, liaising with foam / card and commodities reps, working with mechanism suppliers including motors and massage systems, problem solving, liaising with the upholstery / sewing departments to make sure the product goes into production correctly, working with the Production / Design Director to achieve an end goal.
