Summer Camps: Increasing responsibility over 11 years from counselor to camp director for 5 seasons. Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating and supervising 30 part-time staff and 120+ volunteers. Prepare administrative paperwork, order supplies and apparel, and maintain a positive relationship with the district, parents and staff. Act as liaison between part-time staff and supervisory staff.
