  Summer Camps: Increasing responsibility over 11 years from counselor to camp director for 5 seasons. Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating and supervising 30 part-time staff and 120+ volunteers. Teen Programs: Responsible for enhancing and designing new teen programs. Formulated surveys and distributed them to area teens and analyzed the data to ensure the teen programs were focused on their interests and needs. Recruited hourly and contract employees to lead teen oriented classes. Special Events: Collaborated with staff District-wide on planning and coordinating regional “Battle of the Bands” event.
