There were approximately 5000 refugees that needed food aid for several months until they were relocated.• Attended physiology training and became the Assistant Chief of Aerospace Physiology and Instructor, Shaw Air Force Base, SC. Conducted training in physiology as it related to flying and altitude exposure. Responsibilities included instruction in health and disease prevention, lifestyle and wellness, diet and nutrition, exercise, and stress management. Planned, developed and managed the Health and Wellness program for over 8,000 people at Shaw Air Force Base.
