  The role of a Fitness Director at Peak Zone Fitness is much more than a personal training position. The volume of knowledge I gained in sales, marketing, client-retention, health and wellness, managing and training staff, and how the human body functions is quite vast. My experience in sales in particular grew quite a bit in this position; I learned how to create sales presentations, develop a marketing plan, build ongoing rapport with prospective clients, and many other techniques for driving sales. I joined this organization in its early stages and learned quickly how to adapt, change roles, and absorb responsibilities beyond the scope of my job description.
