Michy is a great and inspiring leader, very business oriented and quick to understand a complex business environment within a record time. Whilst working with Michy, I was impressed by his outstanding technical and interpersonal skill. Michy encourages innovation, and as such he really made a difference to my work, by allowing me to take my role further. Michy is very professional but above all, he has the attitude to remain very calm in difficult situations and this made our work a lot easier. Working with Michy was a wonderful experience and I treasure the many discussions we had around project management software packages.

In the short time that Michy was my manager I was given the opportunity to shine. He encouraged me to investigate ideas and solutions and assisted me in the best ways to present concepts and ideas. Michy is very knowledgeable with a "think outside the box" attitude. It was a pleasure working for Michy and I recommend him in any management role with a business development or marketing focus.
