  At present I am responsible for the complete Recruitment and Selection procedure. Once the HR requirements are identified I will be advertising the vacancies via newspapers, online job sites, social media, etc. The candidates will then be interviewed and then shortlisted. Once this step is completed the chosen candidates will be informed about the training dates and times. The final step which is the Orientation will be conducted by me as well.
