I teach mat, reformer and the whole range of Pilates apparatus for Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced level.I teach in Dutch, English and French.Besides normal classes I also help people rehabilitate after injuries, surgeries and long time aches and pains. I've helped clients with chronic lower back pain/hernia, knee injuries, frozen shoulders, hip instability, ... . Here we construct a specialised approach using the method and the apparatus for each individual, thanks to this I've seen magnificent results with all of the clients.
