I have worked with Michelle to secure my last two mortgages. In each case Michelle helped me explore what I was looking for in a mortgage before preparing her recommendation and was able to find the solution that aligned to my short and longer term goals. There are a number of different structures and features to mortgages beyond just variable and fixed rates and as a broker Michelle is able to find the one that will work best for you. In addition to finding the right solution, Michelle's client service is second to none. She was always responsive (even outside of traditional business hours), knowledgeable and incredibly helpful (as I had a lot of questions and changes to the strategy as we moved through the process). I can't sing her praises enough and would highly recommend anyone in the market for a mortgage to give her a call.
