Timothy Cook

I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle for over two years now. During this time I have found her to be very supportive, diligent and a conscientious worker. She has an excellent grasp of quality standards and how providers should embed these standards. She also provides excellent customer service to providers, and knows how to communicate effectively with all people.

Gareth Metcalf

Michelle is a dedicated member of staff with an excellent understanding of quality assurance frameworks and methodologies. She is a good people person who can relate to people on an appropriate level. She is confident with data analysis and is able to relate policy and procedure to license and regulatory criteria.
