Michelle was responsible for the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) at HireRight. Michelle had responsibility of setting the strategic vision and roadmap as well as making sure that her team executed on that vision. She is very knowledgable on all aspects of Salesforce from both a business perspective but also from the technical configuration. She was great to work with and brought tremendous value to HireRight.

Michelle has been instrumental to my growth at HireRight from day one. I started over 2 years ago as a Sales Support Intern and have been overwhelmed by the continuous support that I receive from her. I have yet to really understand the difference between a manager and a leader until I started working with Michelle. She does more than manage, she’s an amazing leader. The main difference, for me, is that a manager maintains whereas a leader develops. As I have been told, there are two kinds of people in the workforce: the one that goes into work, clocks in, clocks out then goes home and one that goes into work each day wanting to make a difference. Michelle is the latter of the two. She is very project-oriented and puts her trust in her team that things will get done. She is always available for assistance when needed but allows the team she manages to learn by motivating and continuing to push them to reach their full potential. Michelle continued to motivate and support me in my new role as a Sales Support Rep. She pulled me into projects that she felt I would be a great fit or projects she knows that would interest me. She continues to push me out of my comfort zone and her confidence in me encourages me to involve myself into more projects that I wouldn’t typically find myself in. Even on her busiest days, Michelle always manages to find time to answer any questions that I may have. Through watching her manage various tasks and projects I learned how to prioritize my own. I found my time with Michelle very valuable as it was during these times that I am able to learn new skills, address areas of improvement as well as discuss career development goals. She has been a great mentor and I can say without a doubt that should we be an incredible addition to any team.
