As the senior fundraiser for the Amputee Coalition, lead the development team in the design and execution of the coalition's fundraising programs. Key focus areas included donor acquisition and stewardship, planned gifts, national sponsors, grant writing and reporting, major and annual gifts, and events. Served on the National Conference planning team, assisted with logistics and served as the primary liaison with the hotels. As a member of the leadership team managed a portfolio of donors and prospects and, along with the president/ CEO takes the lead in cultivating the involvement of leadership donors and volunteers for the Coalition's development program. Key administrative liaison to the Development Committee and interacts frequently with the Board and other leaders.

Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. Reported directly to the Board Chairman. Facilitated the first all Women build, first townhouse build in Montgomery County, MD., began process for the Re-Store. Tripled the revenue of the organization. Supervised all public support outreach with the local media, both during times of disaster and regular media hits. Managed donations, media, and volunteers for the weeks following the 9/11 tragedy . Served on the rapid response team to the Pentagon on 9/11. Served on the American Red Cross International rapid response team.
