Three years later, we still use these concepts as a foundation for our mentoring sessions. Program alum share how transformational their time was us had been, and credit their career success with the concepts they learned.

Michelle to me is an amazing person and a highly effective business coach. Over the last 8 months Michelle has been working with my team and I to improve our presentation skills. The whole experience has been exceptional and the results genuinely incredible. Whether you talk to fast, gesture badly, have nervous tells, dance on the spot, the workshop's that Michelle operates will help all in the class to overcome these bad habits. In one of the classes, I saw someone who was camera shy, nervous and timid become a camera ready, confident presenter with presence, in just 3 days…! Michelle has also helped me a great deal in terms of profiling my team and working on their individual learning plans. She is one of the few teachers that has to practice what she preaches in session and she doesn’t disappoint! To top this off, Michelle is a great judge of character and a wonderful person to know and be able to confide in. Something that I value very much! Thanks Michelle.
