Bio
Dr Charu Hurria
Michelle has been my student in Curtin University as well as a colleague. I taught Organisation Behaviour as a subject as part of Michelle's Project Management course in Curtin University. I found her as a keen and diligent learner wanting to do better every time. She was very keen to see how the theory of the subject can be interpreted in real organisation's context. This tendency of hers to ask relevant questions in class led her to have deeper level learning compared to surface level learning for some. As Head of Library I saw that Michelle was very helpful to all the staff and students. The environment she created in the library was approachable and positive for academics and students. I wish Michelle all the best moving forward. It has been a pleasure to know her as a person and professional.

Michelle is more than a librarian always willing to support students and staff. More times than not her reports to the management team were based on an analysis of the data as she deployed her data analysis skills to monitor and improve performance base on key indicators.
