  SWIFT SHIFT is a real time workforce management system focused on helping companies communicate with and deploy their staff in a more effective way. The concept for SWIFT SHIFT, came about, after we conducted extensive research into the available workforce management tools. The results revealed that workforce software was typically overpriced, difficult to use, and lacked communication tools to connect managers to employees. As a result, we developed a simple solution that allows managers to quickly handle rotas and fill last minute shifts. Our SaaS solution is easy to use, mobile, and built through the direct feedback of our clients. It is through developing close partnerships with our clients that SWIFT SHIFT has developed a truly unique offering.
