Michel is one of the best managers I have ever met. Wise, efficient, independent and great expert. Smart, goal oriented and very good team player - his wonderful work flow, skills, knowledge and understanding of IT is a great asset to this CAS agency. Although extremely technically minded Michel has the ability to communicate with simple, friendly language with a great sense of humour.

I have had the pleasure to work with Michel, over many number of years, on a variety of projects. Together, we negotiated the first Microsoft Enterprise Agreement in Quebec. We tackled a variety of initiatives ranging from the maturation of IT Service Management processes, Cost Allocation methodologies and practices for IT Services, Corporate Policies for IT Service Management and Continuous Service Improvement initiatives. Michel’s strong business acumen and pragmatic approach allows him cut through the clutter and provide effective solutions to meet business requirements. Further, Michel is skilled and highly effective at building and managing teams composed of members from across multiple disciplines and levels, both within and external to, the organization. Strong leadership and work ethic, focus on results and excellent up-to-date knowledge of IT management issues and technology trends make Michel a highly regarded senior leader. I highly recommend Michel in a senior position within IT Infrastructure/Operations.
