Michelle was one of the most professional, informative, and optimistic recruiters I've had the pleasure of working with. She answered every question I had about the company she helped me find a position with, gave encouragement when I was unsure of the little things (as first jobs after college are a bit intimidating to apply to: you always feel under-qualified for the positions without a previous internship or large scale individual project), and was always ready with a suggestion when asked how I could improve my resume or different ways to look at the position her firm helped me find and another position from a different organization. She didn't push me to make any decisions I wasn't certain of but was always ready to tell me how excited both she, her colleagues, and the management staff I was interviewing with were to meet me and work with me. The level of commitment, professionalism, and kindness both surprised and helped me more than I can say. Visionaire Partners was a fantastic resource in helping me find and obtain a position. They listened, asked open ended questions, were completely open with whatever information they had, and were constantly assisting me in everything from the smallest of details about interviewing to suggestions of what way to best present myself and my experience. If you're looking for a new career and get a call from them, my advice is simple: answer it, ask whatever questions you might have, and be straight-forward with what you're looking for. They can and will help you.

I have had the chance to work with Michelle the past few months. She is not only persistent and understanding, she also put my needs first. Her calm demeanor is pretty impressive for her a role as high pressured as hers. Michelle is also proactive vs reactive. She takes the time to understand the requirements we have and makes every effort to send over the right candidates. I highly recommend Michelle.

About Cardlytics: In 2008, Cardlytics developed a suite of technologies that enabled banks to leverage their power of consumer purchase data, without violating privacy. The technology was the first of several innovations that lead to the development of a new sector: Card-Linked Marketing. Our clients are financial institutions and consumer brands. Through our partnerships with nearly 400 financial institutions, including Bank of America, PNC Bank and Regions Bank, we work with thousands of retailers you know, providing millions of marketing offers to consumers across the US, and soon, around the world.
