As a Forum Facilitator, I facilitated the forums run by the Washington Ireland Program for Service and Leadership, in order to create bridges between people north and south of the border, establishing and promoting cross-cultural relationships and collaboration.I ensured the smooth-running of the hybrid forums in 2022, allowing for a safe and respectful space for forum fellows to create and develop their own ideas

The Trinity Student Managed Fund is the first student-managed investment fund in Europe, operating a long-only equity portfolio of over €300,000.In this role, I learned how to analyse, value, and pitch companies to a high level. In February 2021, I pitched General Motors using techniques such as Discounted Cash Flow and Peer Multiples, as well as the EBITDA Valuation Method. I later competed in the Impact Investing Challenge wherein I applied similar research and valuation techniques.

Over the summer, I completed a 4 week internship at a boutique financial advisory and planning firm in Dublin 2 During this placement, I used Microsoft Excel to organize and formulate data related to investments and assurance. As well as this, I managed and typed meeting notes from audio files in an efficient manner, and communicated with both internal and external parties effectively and promptly over email, telephone, and post.
