  I have over 20 years of archaeological experience in the Prairies and Northern Canada Region of Alberta, British Columbia and the NWT, specifically the sub-regions of the Northern Prairies, Southern Prairies, Sub-Arctic, and the Western Mountains. As a Senior Project Archaeologist, I have supervised over 130 archaeological projects ranging widely in size and scope, including 116 in Alberta and six in NWT, and the rest were projects for public archaeological programs. My areas of expertise include Aboriginal, Historic Domestic, and Industrial site types. I am proficient in the analysis and interpretation of pre-contact and post-contact cultural materials, lithics, ceramics, faunal, and historic artifacts associated with western Canadian settlement. My specialty, and where I would choose to spend most my time, (when I am not in the field) is on the analysis of faunal remains. Show less
