Secure RFI/RFQ/RFP response content quality according to Specifications. Assist in Document writing and ensure all Templates and structures are in place. Responsible for submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget and to ensure that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible. Working under the direction of a bid line Manager, the role involves leading all day-to-day aspects of an individual bid. I worked closely with a core 3 team while bringing in subject matter experts when required. The Bid manager was also the first point of contact for the team members and liaises with price managers, solution managers, engagement practices depts. etc. This is collated with the 'quality' submission. Manage all bid processes and running of winning proposal processes to African countries (Kenya, Senakal, Nigeria) and sales and pricing managers. Creating contact list of who is involved in the tendering process - Run kick-off meetings with the core 3 and allocate responsibilities to team members - Set up a time plan and schedule regular follow-up meetings. - Setting up logfiles and response templates for every new tender received. - Formatting of documentations once received and pdf files once the red team review has been completed. - Correspond with team members to get all relevant tender documentation in time for submission Show less
