Michelle has handled all of my insurance needs when she was with Launch and will continue to do so going forward at Alexandra Fox Being a motorcycle race team I would image that we wouldn’t fall into any of the standard categories a standard business would but nothing has ever been an issue She is simply fantastic and I can’t recommend her highly enough Nothing is too much trouble, out of hours calls and messages are always dealt with So, simply put, if you have ANY insurance needs, talk to Michelle She’s an absolute star!

      On leaving the city I set up my own business within the indoor play area sector having identified a gap within the industry alongside a partner together we started a business building and operating up-market children’s indoor play centres. Playtown was an innovative idea and was the first to provide a comfortable, clean and welcoming site where parents could relax while their children had fun. The first site in Romford was a huge success and greatly exceeded forecast, and so we subsequently went on to open further sites in Croydon and Leeds. This business model has since been widely copied with success across the UK.

It was a fast moving market, open outcry, you had to think on your feet and fast. Mistakes were costly.
