YPS is a Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom and obviously our telecoms and internet are very important. Michelle was our account manager at Logical for quite some time. During this time she took care of all our queries and problems and walked us through the confusing minefield of upgrading our lines in order to go fully digital with our phones and internet. Everything was taken care of so that none of it was a stress or trauma. From quotation to installation we recieved a 5 star service. This is extremely important as I have no understanding of this technology myself and so rely on the honesty, integrity and efficiency of the provider. Logical and Michelle in particular provided a service far beyond expectation. Even now, although Michelle has moved on to another position in the company, i occasionally ask for her help and she still obliges. What else could you ask for? On a side note I have a personal friend who also works in this field. He was horrified that I had not got comparable quotes for our upgrade. I told him that Logical came personally recommended some years ago and have looked after us ever since. He inferred that I was acting naively. A week later and after looking at the quotation he sheepishly admitted that the deal was untouchable. I told him again - Logical always look after us and as promised, my contact Michelle Tranter had got me the best deal possible. You dont often get this sort of service these days. Logical is a great company and with staff like Michelle they cant go wrong!

Working closely with Michelle recently has been a joy. She has proven on numerous occasions how well skilled she is even when working through a number of logistical and non-standard issues, with a huge amount of hand-holding along the way too. She has proved that her customer service skills far outshine many of her counterparts within the same business area. Michelle's enthusiasm and friendliness is apparent as soon as you speak with her, she is a very helpful and her depth of knowledgeable means that you can trust in what she says. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle either to assist you with your business needs, but also if you were looking to recruit an honest, reliable and helpful person into your team.
