I have had the privilege of working for/with Michelle at VRM for the last 6 years. Even though most of that time Michelle was my supervisor, she never made me feel like I worked "for" her. She treats all those in her department as equals, and welcomes our insight and input. Michelle cares deeply for her clients. She goes above and beyond to be sure they are taken care of. Should an issue arise that affects one client, Michelle spends extra time and energy to be sure the problem is not widespread. She strives to find the cause of a problem and is never comfortable just 'band-aiding' it. Communication is important to her both internally and externally.
