Michelle is an outstanding leader. In her time at Campbelltown City Council she has successfully lead her team through a period of uncertainty and has established a team that delivers best practice in events and community activation. As a colleague Michelle is supportive and is an excellent collaborator. It has been a pleasure working with Michelle during my time at Council.

Michelle was my manager while I worked at Campbelltown City Council as an Event Officer. Michelle inspired me, motivated me and encouraged me to be the best I could be and more. Working in events for many years I had never had a manager like Michelle. She will be hard to top and impossible to forget. I only hope I'll be given the opportunity to work with her again in the future. Michelle is an asset to the organisation she works for and for the people she leads and works with.
