  My role here at WeightLoss Solutions Australia is quite diverse including research, bariatric patient management and anti-wrinkle injectables. For the past 3 years I have been overseeing clinical research here at WLSA. This role involves coordinating a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and investigator, conducting follow up visits for each enrolled patient in the trial, managing the collation and processing of all the data for regular monitoring and preparing the documentation for ethics submissions and Adverse events reports. Another major role I have as part of the team here at WLSA, gives me the opportunity to work one on one with our bariatric patients. This includes performing band adjustments and reviews with our Lap band patients, providing regular follow up with all our bariatric patients. As part of the multidisciplinary team, I work with each individual patient, allowing them to set long and short term goals. Once these are established, we assist them in implementing strategies of change to realise their goals. Recently my role has expanded into being able to offer a anti-wrinkle injection service. As a qualified Injectables nurse I am able to offer this fantastic service to both our existing clients and new clients.
