  I am Michelle Schmitz...born and bread saffa, juggler (of many tasks), baker extraordinaire and lover of eventful conversations I am our ‘go to’ gal. Anything you need done, I am there to do it. Juggling many tasks here at ‘I am’ I am the girl who gets things done. From diaries to finance I keep us on top of our game. Alongside all of that, I manage to look after 3 year old twins and a 5 year old as well as creating some AMAZING cakes.
