Director of Adult Workforce Education and Business Partnerships
-
Jul 2019 - Present
Auburn's Adult Workforce Education programs range from Paramedic and Practical Nursing to Welding, Machining, HVAC, Dental Assistant and many more. This position is a combination of maintaining the excellent programming we currently offer; developing new programs that meet the needs of the business community; maintaining accreditation through the Council on Occupational Education; grant writing; and most importantly helping students develop the skills that help them find a great career. After over 20 years at Auburn Career Center, helping students find success is still what motivates me every day. Auburn's mission statement and core values are just as important in 2022 as they were in 2012. I am proud to be part of an organization that puts students first. Show less
