Elite Female Security Services has created a strong, highly trained, and professional Female based Security Team. Our Mandate is - To provide an equal ratio of females to males represented and pertaining to the security field, as there is a relevant shortage of female presence in many venue capacities. We include First Aid Personnel with each contract, and work from a Harm Reduction Model. Main responsibilities here are to conduct full body, and on-the-person bag searches for both female and male guests, to ensure no contraband enters the venue (weapons, liquor, drugs, etc.), with a high focus on keeping control and pace of the line during entry.
