I have known Michelle for many years starting when she was the NICU nurse for my daughter. Michelle's compasion for my daughter as well as myself made a very positive impression on me. 10 years later our paths crossed once again when Michelle held a management position with a perspective client. I was once again impressed with Michelle's focus on patient care and her ability to maintian that perspective even while in a management capacity when it is easy to get caught up in staffing, budgets and politics. Michelle is professional, courteous and always does the right thing on behalf of the patient and the patient's family. It has been a great pleasure working with Michelle and I would look forward to working with her again.
