  This position with Impact Austin is funded via the Leadership Austin Fellow's program. My role is to lead the pilot for a new high impact, Social Innovation Grant given to a collaborative advancing racial and gender equity for women and girls of color in Central Texas. The initial $110,000 grant was awarded in November 2019 and planning is now underway for the proposed 2020 grant. My responsibilities include:*Presenting to perspective non-profits and acting as focal point with applicants*Leading a 20+ woman grant review committee which reviewed applications and selected finalists*Developing tooling, documentation, and communications used throughout the process*Producing finalists’ packages and introducing finalists to membership for final vote*Presenting status and post mortem recommendations to leadership and Impact Austin Board of Directors Show less

Also served as the IBM as the Executive Campus Engagement Lead for UT Recruiting.
