      This position with Impact Austin is funded via the Leadership Austin Fellow's program. My role is to lead the pilot for a new high impact, Social Innovation Grant given to a collaborative advancing racial and gender equity for women and girls of color in Central Texas. The initial $110,000 grant was awarded in November 2019 and planning is now underway for the proposed 2020 grant.
