  I've worked in the Housing Sector for 6 years, providing an internal learning consultancy service for Bolton at Home; I particularly relish my current role as the lead tutor on our ILM Coaching programme and co-tutor on our Leadership & Management programme. I run and support an internal pool of qualified coaches that are committed to delivering formal & informal coaching across the organisation and have supported the embedding of a coaching culture within Bolton at Home. I particularly enjoy exploring creative ways to deliver learning within workshops and via informal social learning. I deliver a range of activities to support organisational needs including succession training for aspirational leaders, design and delivery of assessment centres, job skills support, train the trainer, the Mary Gober Customer Service programme. I’ve recently created & delivered a series of Manager (and employee) Support sessions designed to strengthen resilience in times of uncertainty. I’m also a qualified NVQ assessor, nlp practitioner , previous HDN mentor and qualified in psychometric profiling (levels A & B). I have previously been seconded (Jan 2014- Nov 2015) to the post of Learning & Development Manager, heading our training team and responsible for the organisational learning & development at a strategic level.
