For the past three years, it has been my pleasure to work for and with Michelle as a provider of Taskforce services. Having previously spent 25+ years as a DOSM myself, it became clear to me from the first day that she knew what she was doing and did it very well. She has knowledge, strength and fortitude regarding the hotel Sales process! She was a great asset to Hersha Hospitality, to the owners of the properties under her supervision and especially to the Sales Teams and GMs that she worked with on a daily basis.
