  Respond To customer concerns via email or phone , assist customers with any concerns they may have do to the weather , rather if it's dispatching salt trucks or snow plow to locations , receives ETAs from drivers and send them to the customer so they know to be on the look out of our drivers. Ammend Emails and completion notes , I have to make notes of every concern I receives on the computer and saves them in folders.
