Coaching people in the proper strokes of swimming ranging from the ages of 1 to 60. For the ages from 1 to 12 they were taught the basics of swimming like floating, holding their breaths, being able to get out of the pool and being comfortable in moving around in the water. They were also taught pool safety and boat safety. And eventually were taught the different strokes of swimming. From the ages of 13 to 18 they were coached in stroke technique and endurance strengthening. Ages 19 and up were introduced in swimming for the ones that have never swam before, and for the ones that have experience in swimming before were coached to keep in physical shape. Show less
