• Selected based on my skill set to perform duties of a Business Analyst for a major overhaul of the company's CRM system. Analyzed sales, contracting, implementation, marketing, support, and business leadership needs to design a system to meet the requirements of the AFB line of business. Developed requirements and specified design and process. Worked closely with the Business Information Systems team to design, develop estimates, and monitor development of the system. Personally performed testing and QA. Authored user guides, created training videos, and trained AFB personnel at system launch, with on-going changes and enhancements, and as new staff was hired.
