I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle for the past 5 years. She is a great Team member and works well with others. She has a wide range of business knowledge and the processes around the "business flow". When I'm working with others or hiring, I'm looking for people that have "IT". Not Information Technology but IT, understanding of what is going on, what happens, how things get done, what needs done. Michelle has IT. She is a very good Business Analysist. She can understand what the end user needs, wants, will need. She knows how to transfer that to the technical team. Her work ethic is tremendous. She gets the job done. When working with my Team she fit right in. I used her as a UAT tester, and she would make sure that the newly created process worked. She would think like the end user and do what they would do. Not how the process was designed to work. I would recommend her for any position your company is looking for. With her skills she can adapt to anything you need.
