Michelle is one of the finest young professionals with whom I've had the pleasure to work! She was programming chair for PRSSA last year and got our speaker schedule organized for the entire year BEFORE the fall semester started! I think this was directly responsible for tripling our attendance at meetings. This year, she's the chapter president and taken her game to the next level! Not only did she help this year's programming chair get us organized as she did last year, she got her executive committee together before the end of the spring semester and put together a list of goals and objectives that will stretch the chapter's leadership, but are eminently doable! She get's VERY high marks from me on leadership, organization, motivation and loyalty!
