Michelle has been the program manager on two projects I have worked on at Hologic. A few words to describe her; detailed, organized, prepared and most importantly team oriented. As Michelle focuses on the schedule and timing of tasks she also has the team chemistry as a number one priority. The better working relationship the team has, the more successful the project will be as a whole and Michelle see’s this as an important part of team management. It was truly a pleasure to work with Michelle on projects in the past and I will take aspects of her style and use them in my career going forward.

Michelle is a detail oriented project leader. We worked together for 3 years at Hologic and during that time she was the perfect project manager, a product manager can hope for. Her project plans were laid out to the last detail, and she ensured everyone was aware of the critical path and launch projections. As a commercialization lead, I could not have asked for a better project core team lead than Michelle - she held the team accountable and communicated exceptionally in team meetings and leadership updates. Her sense of urgency was second to none. I am confident Michelle will make a solid project management leader irrespective of the company she is a part of or the project she handles.
