  • Provide leadership and management on all matters pertaining to the Early Years of education (i.e. Long Day Care, Kindergarten, Foundation Year of the Australian Curriculum (Prep), as well as the Before and After College Care facility. • Manage all staffing matters including recruitment, induction, mentoring/coaching, professional development and performance management. • Facilitate and model best practice in Early Years pedagogy, planning, moderation, assessment and reporting specifically for children aged 15 months to Prep. • Budget and asset management. • Oversee effective and efficient Early Years communications, information management processes to support staff, parent and community relations. • Manage all Pastoral and Curriculum profiles of students and liaise directly with relevant staff and parents when necessary. • Formulate Strategic Planning documents. • Assist with the process of enrolment by managing the Early Years enrolment data base, conducting interviews and tours. • Design, develop and facilitate the development of quality Early Learning Policies and Curriculum documents that reflect an innovative, consultative and best-practice approach to curriculum design for children aged 15mths - Prep. • Ensure all programs operate in accordance with National Laws and State Regulations.
