From the first day at school Michelle let us know that she was there and if we had any questions she was there for us. She was right on top the job search for us when we graduated. Michelle prepared me for my interviews to the point that on my first interview I landed the job. I'm looking forward to working with her again as I grow in my Career. Michele was integral in my job search after I finished my year long curriculum at Anthem Institute, About 6 weeks before graduation, she began the process of helping me and my classmates by taking us through the process to put together our resumes and summing up what we got out of the courses, putting our past work experiences to give us a launching place to show our past successes and the successes we achieved during out time at Anthem. Once the resumes were in place she then arranged for us to have plenty of practice interviewing with different people so that we could get use to the different styles and questions we would likely encounter. Everything from the technical questions to questions about ourselves and our past work experiences. She made herself available to answer questions and helped with finding interview opportunities and providing feedback about our interviews from those employers that had been arranged through the school. So that we had chances to learn and improve our interviewing skills even if we did not get the position. She gave us the tools we needed to succeed. The onus was on us to use them effectively.
