Michelle is knowledgeable, articulate and a pleasure to have as a member of my CEO Institute group. She brings integrity and intelligence to her contributions, and is a trusted source within the group for advice and guidance. I have watched her personal development as she led and managed the team at Hotline IT, as CEO, to focus on strategic direction and growth, before applying her expertise into community organisations and Board roles

It has been some time since Michelle and I worked together during the period in 2003, when Tabcorp had acquired the Jupiters Group of companies. Michelle as Management Accountant of Jupiters Gaming, was instrumental in making the finance and administration transition seamless and easy. As the person in charge of the onboarding of the Jupiters Group, this made my job a lot easier. Fast forward 16 years, Michelle and I have remained in touch as I moved into the NFP space as General Manager Corporate Services – Melbourne City Mission, have keep a close eye and enjoyed seeing how she has progressed. After running the family business for many years, Michelle has expressed a desire to move into the NFP herself. I have to say that Michelle’s skills, abilities and knowledge are the future of our industry. Michelle is a transformational leader who is driven by challenge, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence. Her expertise encompasses all aspects of business development and administration, from controlling costs and maximizing revenues which harness employee strengths to improve organisation performance. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Michelle if you are looking for a key member of your executive team.

knowmore was formed in 2013 to support people in providing information to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. During the Royal Commission knowmore conducted or participated in 1,684 community outreach and liaison events Australia-wide and provided assistance to 7,052 survivors. knowmore also made a number of submissions to the Royal Commission, one of which called for the establishment of an independent redress scheme as the most effective way of providing justice to survivors. The Royal Commission concluded in December 2017 after conducting 57 public hearings and 8,013 private sessions, and the National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse Act 2018 was passed into law in June 2018. The scheme commenced on 1 July 2018. Today, knowmore works to help survivors of institutional sexual abuse navigate the National Redress Scheme with free legal advice and a range of support services. Forestville RSL Club is located on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. Just ten minutes from glorious beaches & within a short distance of the city yet far enough away to relax & enjoy the serenity of the lovely Forest area. Michelle had been a member of the Forestville RSL for over 16 years and has always been a very active member of the community. After the RSL went through a restructure, the RSL then went on a recruitment drive for new Board Directors and Michelle was an obvious candidate due to her experience in IT, Marketing and Accounting, which is exactly what the RSL needed. So in February 2019, Michelle was invited to join the board and finance committee to help improve revenue and increase member engagement. Show less

Delivering outstanding customer experiences today and into the future is what drives Tabcorp. As one of the world’s largest publicly listed gaming companies, they have played an enduring role in building an industry based on sustainability and strong partnerships. Told she was a “breath of fresh air”, Michelle took on the Management Accountant role in 2001 to diversify her experience and achieve career advancement. Overseeing two staff and reporting to the Group Financial Controller of Wide Area Gaming, Michelle worked closely with Tabcorp’s management team to effectively deliver company objectives. In 2003, after years of assisting her husband in managing Hotline IT’s finances outside her full-time role, Michelle left Tabcorp and came onboard permanently to help run the business. Show less
