I led Monj Health's product team and developed a suite of digital well-being programs. In this role, I oversaw cross-functional teams that included Programs, Coaching, Culinary, Clinical, Marketing, and Content Management to build product experiences that improve the health of members while making their experience fun, meaningful and more connected to community. During my time at Monj, I played a number of leadership roles, including Vice President of Partner Integration and Senior Vice President of Product & Strategy. Monj Health is a digital food and nutrition company that uses coaching and behavior change science to help people forever improve the way they eat, cook, move, and connect. Its interactive app, rich curriculum and content and unique approach to hands-on skill building promotes emotional and physical well-being, helping members and their loved ones make life-long shifts to improve their health and wellness.
