I joined PKF (UK) LLP as part of the merger with Pridie:Brewster in January 2007. I originally joined PKF as a senior business adviser, qualifying with the ACCA in 2008. On qualifying in 2008 I was promoted to Supervisor, where I started to build up a portfolio of clients, concentrating on SMEs, OMBs and not-for-profit. In 2009 I was promoted to assistant manager, before taking my first of two career breaks, in 2010 and 2012. I joined Pridie:Brewster as a school leaver in 2001, working in the business services department, preparing accounts and carrying out book keeping assignments on behalf of clients. I became AAT qualified in 2004, and started my ACCA, which is when I transferred to audit, as an audit senior on a 6 month trial, and have never looked back!
