Michelle attended the Mobile Tech Training at Net Change 2010 to share work she did with TPH and their mobile app. It was clear that Michelle's role in the training was much greater than sharing best practice. She not only became a lead facilitator, keen to engage her peers, but she was also integral to the planning process in the years that followed. She's a wellspring of practical knowledge and her insight into what works on the ground was critical for our program design. Michelle went over and above what was required and is considered a loved sibling in the Net Change family. I couldn't recommend her enough as a collaborator and overall great person to know.
